STOP TRYING AND START TRUSTING!

THE LAW CANNOT SAVE; IT REVEALS OUR SIN!

Galatians 3:21-26 - Is the Law then against the promises of God?  God forbid:  for if there had been a Law given which could have given life (made one born again), verily righteousness should have been by the Law.  But the Scripture has concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe.  But before faith came, we were kept under the Law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed.  Wherefore the Law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.  But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.  For you are all the (born again) children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.

WE ARE SAVED BY GRACE, A GIFT FROM GOD!

Ephesians 2:1-9 - And you has He quickened (made alive), who were dead in trespasses and sins; wherein in time past you walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now works in the children of disobedience:  among whom also we all had our conversation (our way of living) in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.  But God, Who is rich in mercy, for His great love wherewith He loved us, even when we were dead in sins, has quickened us (made us alive) us together with Christ, by grace you are saved; and has raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:  that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.  For by grace (God's favor; unearnable; undeserved) are you saved through faith; and that not of yourselves:  it is the gift of God:  not of works, lest any man should boast.

YOU CANNOT BE SAVE BY OBEYING THE LAW,

BUT THE SAVED WILL WANT TO OBEY THE LAW

IN LOVING THEIR NEIGHBOR AS THEMSELVES!
