PASS IT ON!

MATTHEW 28:18-20 INTERPRETED!

[18] And Jesus came and spoke unto them (His eleven remaining disciples), saying, All power (Greek exousia - power 69 x; authority 29 x) is given unto Me in heaven and on earth.

[19] Go therefore, and teach
(Greek matheteuo - make disciples) all nations (Greek ethnos - Gentiles 93 x; nations 64 x; heathen 5 x), baptizing them in the name of (representing) the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost (Greek pneuma - Spirit 111 x; Ghost 89 x; often "breath" or "wind" as well).

[20] Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you
(Mt. 22:35-40 Love God and love your neighbor): and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world (Greek aion - a specific period of time; an age) Amen.

Note:  Believers are to go about their lives sharing the Gospel message, the only message with the power to save the lost and make disciples (Rom. 1:16).  The Gospel is the good news that Jesus died for our sins, that He was buried, and that He rose from the dead the third day, all as the Scriptures had predicted (1 Cor. 15:1-4).  Once a person states they believe, they are to be baptized.  Then, they are to be taught how to love God and others!
