I AM FROM MISSOURI: SHOW ME!

SALVATION IS A FREE GIFT FROM GOD;
IT CANNOT BE EARNED BY GOOD WORKS!

John 6:28-29 - Then said they unto Him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God?  Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that you believe in Him Whom He has sent.
[Note:  In other words, believe in Me - John 3:16-18]

Romans 3:19-20, 23 - Now we know that whatsoever the Law says, it says to them who are under the Law:  that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.  Therefore by the deeds of the Law there shall no flesh be justified in His sight:  for by the Law is the knowledge of sin - - - For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.

Galatians 3:24-25 - Wherefore the Law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.  But after faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.
Ephesians 2:8-9For by grace are you saved through faith; and that not of yourselves:  it is the gift of God:  not of works, lest any man should boast.

2 Timothy 1:8-9 - Therefore, be not ashamed of the testimony of our Lord . . . Who has saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began.

WE ARE NOT SAVE BY DOING GOOD WORKS,
BUT WE ARE SAVE TO DO GOOD WORKS!

Ephesians 2:10 - For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God has before ordained that we should walk in them.

1 Timothy 6:17-18 - Charge (challenge) those who are rich in this world, that they be not high-minded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, Who gives us richly all things to enjoy; that they do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to distribute, willing to communicate (share).

Titus 2:13-14 - Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Savior Jesus Christ; Who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto Himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.

Titus 3:8 This is a faithful saying, and these things I will that you affirm constantly, that those who have believed in God might be careful to maintain good works.  These things are good and profitable unto men.

James 2:14-20 - What does it profit (help anyone), my brethren, though a man says he has faith, and has not works?  Can (that kind of) faith save him?  If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food, and one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be warmed and filled; notwithstanding, you give them not those things which are needful to the body; what does it profit (them)Even so, faith, if it has not (is not accompanied by) works, is dead (useless), being alone. . . . show me your faith without works (without evidence), and I will show you my faith by my works.  You believe that there is one God;  you say well:  (however) the devils also believe, and (at least they know enough to) tremble.  But know this, O vain man, that faith without works (evidence) is dead (useless)?
[Note:  no one is helped, and God is not glorified - Matthew 5:1]

JESUS' DEATH FOR OUR SINS,
AND HIS RESURRECTION FROM THE DEAD,
WERE ALL THE WORK NECESSARY,
TO SAVE THE SOULS OF LOST SINNERS!

DO YOU BELIEVE THIS?

THEN YOU SHOULD SAY SO!
AND YOU SHOULD SHOW IT!
