TRUST AND OBEY JESUS!

WHO IS THE JESUS OF THE BIBLE?

Matthew 2:1-2, 11 - Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem, saying, Where is He Who is born King of the Jews?  For we have seen His star in the east, and are come to worship Him. - - - And when they were come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary His mother, and fell down, and worshipped Him:  and when they had opened their treasures, they presented unto Him gifts:  gold, and frankincense, and myrrh.

Matthew 8:1-3 - When He was come down from the mountain, great multitudes followed Him.  And, behold, there came a leper and worshipped Him, saying, Lord, if You will it, You can make me clean.  And Jesus put forth His hand, and touched him, saying, I will it; be clean.  And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.

Matthew 14:25, 33 - And in the fourth watch of the night Jesus went unto them, walking on the sea. - - - Then they that were in the ship came and worshipped Him, saying, Of a truth You are the Son of God.

John 1:1, 14, 17 - In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. - - - And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the Only Begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. - - - For the Law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ (Israel's Messiah).
John 9:35-38Jesus heard that they had cast him out; and when He had found him, He said unto him, Do you believe on the Son of GodHe answered and said, Who is He, Lord, that I might believe on Him?  And Jesus said unto him, You have both seen Him, and it is He that talks with you.  And he said, Lord, I believe. And he worshipped Him.

Philippians 2:5-11 - Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:  Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:  but made Himself of no reputation, and took upon Him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:  and being found in fashion as a man, He humbled Himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.  Wherefore God also has highly exalted Him, and given Him a name which is above every name:  that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Hebrews 1:1-6God, Who at sundry times (various times) and in divers manners (many different ways) spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, has in these last days spoken unto us by His Son, Whom He has appointed heir of all things, by Whom also He made the worlds (Jesus is the Creator); Who being the brightness of His glory, and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the Word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins (our Savior), sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high; being made so much better than the angels, as He has by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.  For unto which of the angels said He at any time, You are My Son, this day have I begotten You?  And again, I will be to Him a Father, and He shall be to Me a SonAnd again, when He brought in the First-Begotten* into the world, He said, And let all the angels of God worship Him.

* [Note:  Jesus, when He was born, was the Only Begotten of the Father (John 1:14; 3:16), but since that time, many have been born again and are the begotten children of God (1 Peter 1:3; 1 John 3:2; 5:18).]

SEEING THAT JESUS, AS REVEALED IN THE BIBLE,
IS THE CREATOR GOD, AND WORTHY OF WORSHIP,
DON'T YOU BELIEVE YOU SHOULD OBEY HIM?
