WE ARE SAVED BY GRACE FOR HIS GLORY!
GRACE: From the Greek χάρις charis, pronounced khar'-ece. It means: undeserved, unearned, unmerited favor; it is a gift from God and is often described as God's Riches At Christ's Expense!
Ephesians 1:3-14 - Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Who has blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: according as He has chosen us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love: having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will, to the praise of the glory of His grace, wherein He has made us accepted in the Beloved. In Whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace; wherein He has abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence; having made known unto us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure which He has purposed in Himself: that in the dispensation of the fullness of times He might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in Him: in Whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of Him Who works all things after the counsel of His own will: that we should be to the praise of His glory, who first trusted in Christ. In Whom you also trusted, after that you heard the Word of Truth, the Gospel of your salvation: in Whom also after that you believed, you were sealed with that Holy Spirit of promise, Who is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of His glory.
WE ARE NOT SAVED BY RELIGIOUS WORKS
WHICH WOULD BE TO OUR GLORY!
Ephesians 2:4-10 - But God, Who is rich in mercy, for His great love wherewith He loved us, even when we were dead in sins, has quickened us together with Christ, (by grace you are saved); and has raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us through Christ Jesus. For by grace are you saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God has before ordained that we should walk in them.
THIS WORLD IS AS BAD OR WORSE THAN IT WAS IN THE DAYS OF NOAH AND LOT (Genesis 6:5-8; 19:15-30; Luke 17:26-29). THE APOSTLE PAUL DESCRIBED OUR DAY IN HIS LETTER TO THE CHURCH AT ROME (Romans 1:18-32) AND IN HIS SECOND LETTER TO TIMOTHY (2 Timothy 3:1-5). BOTH ARE DISPLAYED EVERY EVENING ON THE NIGHTLY NEWS! GOD IS USING BELIEVERS TO WARN THE WORLD THAT HIS JUDGMENT IS ABOUT TO BE POURED OUT ON THIS SIN-SICK WORLD! TURN TO GOD AND ACCEPT JESUS CHRIST AS YOUR LORD WHILE YOU STILL CAN! IF YOU BELIEVE GOD RAISED JESUS, WHO DIED TO PAY FOR YOUR SINS, FROM THE DEAD, AND YOU ACKNOWLEDGE HIM PUBLICLY AS YOUR LORD, YOU WILL BE SAVED (Romans 10:9-10)! TIME IS RUNNING OUT!
