JESUS: THE CREATOR, THE WORD, THE LORD, AND THE SAVIOR!

JESUS AND CREATION!

Genesis 1:1 - In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

John 1:1-3, 10, 14 - In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.  The Same was in the beginning with God.  All things were made by Him; and without Him was not anything made that was made. - - - He was in the world, and the world was made by Him, and the world knew Him not. - - - And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the Only Begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

Ephesians 3:9 And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world has been hidden in God, Who created all things by Jesus Christ.

Colossians 1:16-17For by Him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers:  all things were created by Him, and for Him:  and He is before all things, and by Him all things consist.

Hebrews 1:1-2 - God, Who at sundry times and in divers manners spoke in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, has in these last days spoken unto us by His Son, Whom He has appointed heir of all things, by Whom also He made the worlds.

Revelation 4:11 - Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power:  for Thou has created all things, and for Thy pleasure they are and were created.

JESUS AND THE WORD OF GOD!

Luke 18:31Then He took unto Him the twelve, and said unto them, Behold, we go up to Jerusalem, and all things that are written by the prophets concerning the Son of man shall be accomplished.

Luke 24:27, 44 - And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, He expounded unto them in all the Scriptures the things concerning Himself. - - - And He said unto them, These are the words which I spoke unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the Law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning Me.

John 1:45Philip found Nathanael, and said unto him, We have found Him, of Whom Moses in the Law, and the prophets, did write, Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph (Philip did not yet know that Jesus is the Son of God, not the son of Joseph - compare with Luke 2:48-50).

John 5:39, 46 - Search the Scriptures; for in them you think you have eternal life:  and they are they which testify of Me. - - - For had you believed Moses, you would have believed Me:  for he wrote of Me.

John 20:30-31 - And many other signs truly did Jesus in the presence of His disciples, which are not written in this book:  but these are written, that you might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing you might have life through His name.

John 21:24-25This is the disciple who testified of these things, and wrote these things:  and we know that his testimony is true.  And there are also many other things which Jesus did, which if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen.

Revelation 22:18-20For I testify unto every man that hears the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: and if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.  He who testifies these things says, Surely I come quickly. Amen.  Even so, come, Lord Jesus.

JESUS AND YOU!

1 Corinthians 15:1-6 (As it applies to you) - Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the Gospel which I preached unto you, which also you have received, and wherein you stand; by which also you are saved - - - For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for your sins according to the Scriptures; and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures:  and that He was seen alive by Peter, then by the twelve:  after that, He was seen by more than five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present time, but some have since died.

Rom. 10:9-17 (As I understand it!) - If you willingly confess your faith in the Lord Jesus, and you believe with your whole heart that God raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved. For with the heart man believes and it is accounted unto him for righteousness (His righteousness, not your own - 2 Cor. 5:21); and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the Scripture says, Whosoever believes in Jesus shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the saved Jew and the saved Gentile: for the Lord is rich (in love, mercy, and grace) unto all who call upon Him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.  How then shall they call in Him in Whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of Whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear unless believers share their faith? - - - So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Gospel, the very Word of God.

ARE YOU CONVINCED?  I AM!
