EVENTS IN BIBLE PROPHECY YET UNFULFILLED!

AN OLD MAN'S INTERPRETATION OF
CHRIST'S SECOND COMING!

INTRODUCTION:  Most students of Bible prophecy are aware that prophecy is a foretelling of events that shall occur; that the Lord reveals facts previously unknown to man, so that when they do occur, man will come to faith in Him.  God's plan for the future is revealed, and while the exact time of some future events is yet unknown, they will unfold in a specific order.  Daniel 9:24-27 indicates that Israel's Messiah would be killed 483 years from the command to rebuild Jerusalem, its wall, and its Temple.  Between the 483rd year and the 484th year, there will be a parenthetical period known as the Church Age; when God chooses to end the Church Age, the Church will be remove to be with Jesus (Jn. 14:1-3; 1 Cor. 15:50-54; 1 Th. 4:13-18) and Daniel's prophecy will resume.  It also reveals that the last seven years of the total of 490, will be under the authority of a prince from the former Roman Empire.  He shall convince Israel to return to the land, and will provide for their protection for three and a half years; then he will turn on them and attempt to eradicate them from existence.  This last seven years is known as the Time of Jacob's Trouble (Jer. 30:7), and the last half of the seven will be known as the Great Tribulation (Mt. 24:21).  The description of the seven years can be found in Matthew 24:3-29 and Revelation Chapters Six through Nineteen.  When the total of 490 year has been fulfilled, Jesus Christ will return and establish His 1000 year Millennial Kingdom as the Messiah of Israel.

CONTEXT OF MATTHEW 25:31-46:  Following His Second Coming, Jesus the Christ, will judge the surviving Gentiles based upon how they treated His brethren during the seven-year Tribulation.  All who were caring and compassionate toward them shall be allowed to enter Christ Millennial Kingdom; all who were cruel and mistreated His brethren, shall be cast into the Lake of Fire.

MATTHEW 25:31-46 (as I understand the text)When Jesus, the Son of man, shall come in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then shall He sit upon the throne of His glory:  and before Him shall be gathered all of the Gentile nations:  and He shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats:  and He shall set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left.  Then shall the King say unto them on His right hand, Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:  for I was an hungry, and you fed Me:  I was thirsty, and you gave Me drink:  I was a stranger, and you took Me in:  I was naked, and you clothed Me:  I was sick, and you visited Me:  I was in prison, and you came to see Me.  Then shall the righteous (2 Cor. 5:21- those who believed in Jesus Christ and who were led by the Spirit) ask Him saying, Lord, when did we see You hungry, and fed You?  Or when did we see You thirsty, and we gave You drink?  When did we see you homeless, and took You in?  Or when were You naked, and we clothed You?  Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and visited You?  And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, because you have done it unto one of the least of these My brethren, you have done it unto Me.

Then shall He say also unto them on His left hand, Depart from Me, you cursed ones, into the Lake of Fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:  for I was an hungry, and you gave Me no food:  I was thirsty, and you gave Me no drink:  I was homeless, and you did not take Me in:  I was naked, and you refused to give me clothing:  I was sick, and in prison, and you did not visit Me.  Then shall they ask Him, saying, Lord, when did we see You hungry, or thirsty, or homeless, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and we did not minister unto You?  Then shall He answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, because you did it not to one of the least of these, my brethren, you did it not to Me.  And these shall go away into everlasting punishment in the Lake of Fire:  but the righteous (2 Cor. 5:21 - those who trusted in Jesus Christ and who were led by the Spirit) have life eternal.

NOTICE THAT EVEN AFTER THE CHURCH HAS BEEN REMOVED
VIA THE RAPTURE, SOME WILL BECOME BELIEVERS.
IT IS THEY WHO ARE LED OF THE HOLY SPIRIT TO HELP
THE JEWS DURING THE TRIBULATION.
THEY HAVE NO RIGHTEOUSNESS OF THEMSELVES,
BUT BECAUSE THEY TRUST IN JESUS, THEY HAVE HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS!

TRUST IN JESUS CHRIST TODAY,
AND YOU WILL HAVE ETERNAL LIFE!
