JESUS CHRIST, MAN'S ONLY HOPE!

*  JESUS SAID, I AM THE WAY, I AM THE TRUTH, I AM THE LIFE;

NO ONE CAN COME TO GOD, MY FATHER, BUT BY ME!

GOD USES LIFE'S TRIALS TO MAKE HIS CHILDREN STRONGER!

Romans 5:1-9 - Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:  by Whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.  And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also:  knowing that tribulation works patience; and patience, experience; and experience, hope:  and hope does not make ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost Who is given unto us.  For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.  For scarcely for a righteous man will one die:  yet perhaps for a good man some would even dare to die.  But God demonstrated His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.  Much more then, being now justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him.

BECAUSE WE KNOW GOD LOVES US, OUR HOPE IS IN HIM!

Romans 8:24-30 - For we are saved by hope:  but hope that is seen is not hope:  for what a man sees, why does he yet hope for it?  But if we hope for that which we have yet to see, then do we with patience wait for it.  Likewise the Spirit also helps our infirmities:  for we know not what we should pray for as we ought:  but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.  And He Who searches the hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God.  And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.  For whom He did foreknow, He also did predestine to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn (the first to be resurrected - see Mt. 27:50-53; and 1 Cor. 15:12-23 below) among many brethren.  Moreover whom He did predestine, those He also called:  and whom He called, those He also justified:  and whom He justified, those He also glorified.

Matthew 27:50-53 - Jesus, when He had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost.  And, behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks split; and the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints who had previously died arose, and they came out of their graves after His resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many.

1 Corinthians 15:12-23 - Now if Christ be preached that He rose from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead?  But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen:  and if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain.  Yes, and we are found false witnesses of God; because we have testified of God that He raised up Christ:  Whom He raised not up, if so be that the dead rise not.  For if the dead rise not, then is not Christ raised:  and if Christ be not raised, your faith is vain; you are yet in your sins.  Then those also who have died believing in Christ are perished.  If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable.  But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the Firstfruits of them that have died.  For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead.  For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.  But every man in his own order:  Christ the Firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at His Second Coming.

WE LONG FOR THAT DAY WHEN OUR HOPE BECOMES REALITY!

1 John 3:1-2 - Behold, what manner of love the Father has bestowed upon us, that we should be called the children of God:  therefore the world does not know us, because it did not know Him.  Beloved, now are we the children of God, and it dotes not yet appear what we shall be:  but we know that, when He shall appear, we shall be like Him; for we shall see Him as He is.

THE EVIDENCE OF THINGS UNSEEN!

GENUINE CHRISTIANS ARE NOT PERFECT,

BUT WE SHALL BE WHEN WE SEE JESUS!
