The word "If" appears 1874 times in the King James Version; here are a few examples:

Genesis 4:7 - If you do well, shall you not be accepted?  And if you do not well, sin lies at the door. And unto you shall be his desire, and you shall rule over him.

2 Chronicles 7:14 -   If My people, who are called by My name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

Psalm 66:18 - If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me.

Proverbs 25:21 - If your enemy be hungry, give him bread to eat; and if he be thirsty, give him water to drink.

John 8:36 - If the Son therefore shall make you free, you shall be free indeed.

1 John 1:6-10 - If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth.
If we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.
