JESUS REBUKED SATAN FOR SEEKING WORSHIP

Exodus 34:14 - For thou shalt worship no other god:  for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God.

Matthew 4:10 - Then said Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan:  for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and Him only shalt thou serve.

Luke 4:8 - And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind Me, Satan:  for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and Him only shalt thou serve.

JESUS ACCEPTED WORSHIP FROM OTHERS

Matthew 2:11 - And when they were come into the house, they saw the young Child with Mary His mother, and fell down, and worshipped Him:  and when they had opened their treasures, they presented unto Him gifts; gold, and frankincense, and myrrh.

Matthew 8:2 - And, behold, there came a leper and worshipped Him, saying, Lord, if Thou will, You can make me clean.

Matthew 9:18 - While he spoke these things unto them, behold, there came a certain ruler, and worshipped Him, saying, My daughter is even now dead:  but come and lay Thy hand upon her, and she shall live.

Matthew 14:33 - Then they that were in the ship came and worshipped Him, saying, Of a truth You are the Son of God.

Matthew 15:25 - Then came she and worshipped Him, saying, Lord, help me.

Matthew 28:9, 17 - And as they went to tell His disciples, behold, Jesus met them, saying, All hail.  And they came and held Him by the feet, and worshipped Him. - - - And when they saw Him, they worshipped Him:  but some doubted.

Mark 5:6-7 - But when he saw Jesus afar off, he ran and worshipped Him, and cried with a loud voice, and said, What have I to do with Thee, Jesus, Thou Son of the most high God?  I adjure Thee by God, that Thou torment me not.

Luke 24:52-53 - And they worshipped Him, and returned to Jerusalem with great joy:  and were continually in the temple, praising and blessing God.  Amen.

John 9:35-38 - Jesus heard that they had cast him out; and when He had found him, He said unto him, Do you believe on the Son of God?  He answered and said, Who is He, Lord, that I might believe on Him?  And Jesus said unto him, Thou hast both seen Him, and it is He that talks with you.  And he said, Lord, I believe.  And he worshipped Him.

Revelation 5:11-14 - And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders:  and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands; Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb Who was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honor, and glory, and blessing.  And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honor, and glory, and power, be unto Him that sits upon the throne, and unto the Lamb forever and ever.  And the four beasts said, Amen.  And the four and twenty elders fell down and worshipped Him that lives forever and ever.
