ALL THE WORK NECESSARY FOR OUR SALVATION HAS BEEN DONE

GOD THE FATHER, SENT GOD THE SON TO DIE FOR OUR SIN!

John 3:14-17 - And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:  that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life.  For God so loved the world, that He gave His Only Begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.  For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved.

John 1:1-3, 14 - In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.  The Same was in the beginning with God.  All things were made by Him; and without Him was not anything made that was made. - - - And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the Only Begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

WHAT MUST WE DO TO BE SAVED FROM THE PENALTY OF OUR SIN?

John 1:10-13 - He was in the world, and the world was made by Him, and the world knew Him not.  He came unto His own, and His own received Him not.  But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the (children) of God, even to those that believe on His name:  who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. 

John 6:28-29 - Then said they unto Him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God  Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on Him Whom He has sent.

John 8:24 - I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins:  for if ye believe not that I AM, ye shall die in your sins.

John 9:35-38 - Jesus heard that they had cast him out; and when He had found him, He said unto him, Do you believe on the Son of God?  He answered and said, Who is He, Lord, that I might believe on Him?  And Jesus said unto him, You have both seen Him, and it is He Who talks with you.  And he said, Lord, I believe.  And he worshipped Him.

Acts 16:30-31 - And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved....

Romans 10:9-13 - That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God has raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.  For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.  For the Scripture says, Whosoever believes on Him shall not be ashamed.  For there is no difference between the Jew and the (Gentile): for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon Him.  For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

IN THE DEATH, BURIAL, AND RESURRECTION OF JESUS, 

THE WORK OF SALVATION OF SINNERS IS DONE!

ALL WE NEED TO DO IS BELIEVE!
