ALL RELIGIONS ARE THE RESULT OF ASKING THE WRONG QUESTION!

Matthew 19:16 - And, behold, one came and said unto Him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?

Mark 10:17 - And when He was gone forth into the way, there came one running, and knelt to Him, and asked Him, Good Master, what shall I do that I may inherit eternal life?

Luke 10:25 - And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted Him, saying, Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?

Luke 18:18 - And a certain ruler asked Him, saying, Good Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?

Acts 16:30 - And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved?

RELIGION IS MAN TRYING TO WORK HIS WAY INTO HEAVEN!!

Matthew 7:22-23 - Many will say to Me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Thy name?  And in Thy name have cast out devils?  And in Thy name done many wonderful works?  And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you:  depart from Me, ye that work iniquity.

Romans 3:27 - Where is boasting then?  It is excluded.  By what Law?  Of works? NO....

Romans 4:2-6 - For if Abraham were justified by works, he has whereof to glory; but not before God.  For what do the Scriptures say?  Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness.  Now to him who works is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt.  But to him (who does not rely on works), but believes in Him Who justifies the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.  Even as David also described the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputes righteousness without works.

SALVATION IS BELIEVING IN WHAT CHRIST HAS ALREADY DONE!

John 3:14-16 - And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:  that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life.  For God so loved the world, that He gave His Only Begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.  For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved.

John 6:29 - Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.

Romans 10:9-17 - That if you shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved.  For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.  For the Scripture says, Whosoever believes in Him shall not be ashamed.  For there is no difference between the Jew and the Gentile:  for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon Him.  For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.  How then shall they call on Him in Whom they have not believed?  And how shall they believe in Him of Whom they have not heard?  And how shall they hear without a preacher?  And how shall they preach, except they be sent?  As it is written, How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the Gospel of Peace, and bring glad tidings of good things! - - - So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.

1 Corinthians 15:1-4 - Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the Gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein you stand; by which also you are saved - - - For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures; and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures!

2 Corinthians 5:21 - For (the Father) has made (Jesus) to be sin for us, Who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him.

Ephesians 2:8-9 - For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:  not of works, lest any man should boast.

1 John 5:13 - These things have I written unto you who believe on the name of the Son of God; that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may (continue to) believe on the name of the Son of God.
