BEHOLD, TODAY IS THE DAY OF SALVATION

I have Good News for you, which is the Gospel, the power of God unto salvation (Rom. 1:16):  "...Christ died for (your) sins according to the Scriptures; and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures (1 Cor. 15:3-4)!  "...if (you) shalt confess with (your) mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in (your) heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, (you) shalt be saved" (Rom. 10:9)!  "For (it is) by grace (you are) saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:  not of works, lest any man should boast" (Eph. 2:8-9).  The following verses explain your new relationship with God:

*   John 1:11-12 - "He came unto His own, and His own received Him not.   But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name."
*   John 11:52 - "And not for that nation only, but that also He should gather together in one the children of God that were scattered abroad."
*   Romans 8:14-17, 21 - "For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.  For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.  The Spirit (Himself) beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God." 
*   Galatians 3:26 - "For (you) are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus."
*   Philippians 2:13, 15 - "For it is God (Who) worketh in you both to will and to do of His good pleasure.  That (you) may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom (you) shine as lights in the world."
*   1 John 3:1-2 - "Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God:  therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew Him not.  Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when He shall appear, we shall be like Him; for we shall see Him as He is."
*   1 John 5:1-2 - "Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God:  and every one that loveth Him that begat loveth Him also that is begotten of Him.  By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep His commandments."
