THE TEMPLE AND THE TABERNACLE

THE GREEK TRANSLATED "TEMPLE" AND "TABERNACLE"
The Greek for "temple" is ναός (naos); John used it all 16 times in Revelation.

The Greek for "tabernacle" is σκηνή (skēnē); he used it all 3 times in Revelation.

"TEMPLE" IN REVELATION

3:12 - "Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the TEMPLE of My God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of My God, and the name of the city of My God, which is New Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from My God: and I will write upon him My new name." 
7:15 - "Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve Him day and night in His TEMPLE: and He that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them."
11:1-2, 19 - "And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the TEMPLE of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein.  But the court which is without the TEMPLE leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.  And the TEMPLE of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in His TEMPLE the ark of His testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail."
14:14-17 - "And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud One sat like unto the Son of man, having on His head a golden crown, and in His hand a sharp sickle.  And another angel came out of the TEMPLE, crying with a loud voice to Him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in Thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for Thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe.  And He that sat on the cloud thrust in His sickle on the earth; and the earth was reaped.  And another angel came out of the TEMPLE which is in heaven, he also having a sharp sickle."
15:6-8 - "And the seven angels came out of the TEMPLE, having the seven plagues, clothed in pure and white linen, and having their breasts girded with golden girdles.  And one of the four beasts gave unto the seven angels seven golden vials full of the wrath of God, who liveth forever and ever.  And the TEMPLE was filled with smoke from the glory of God, and from His power; and no man was able to enter into the TEMPLE, till the seven plagues of the seven angels were fulfilled."
16:1, 17 - "And I heard a great voice out of the TEMPLE saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth."
21:22 - "And I saw no TEMPLE therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the TEMPLE of it."

"TABERNACLE" IN REVELATION

13:6 - "And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme His name, and His TABERNACLE, and them that dwell in heaven."
21:2-3 - "And I John saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.  And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the TABERNACLE of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself shall be with them, and be their God."

"TEMPLE AND TABERNACLE" TOGETHER IN REVELATION

15:5 - "And after that I looked, and, behold, the TEMPLE of the TABERNACLE of the testimony in heaven was opened."

THE KEY:  LOCATION IS DETERMINED BY THE CONTEXT

Hebrews 9:23-24 - "It was therefore necessary that the patterns of things in the heavens should be purified with these; but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these.  For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us."
