A WARNING IMPLIES THAT THE DANGER AHEAD CAN BE AVOIDED!
John 3:36 - He that believes on the Son has everlasting life: and he that believes not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abides on him.
Romans 1:18-20 - For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God has showed it unto them. For the invisible things of Him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse.
Ephesians 5:6 - Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things comes the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.
Revelation 6:15-17 - And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; and said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of Him that sits on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: for the great day of His wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?
Revelation 14:9-10 - And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, the same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of His indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb.
Revelation 15:1, 7 - And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvellous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God. . . .And one of the four beasts gave unto the seven angels seven golden vials full of the wrath of God, Who lives forever and ever.
Revelation 16:1 - And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.
FAITH IN THE LORD JESUS CHRIST IS MAN'S ONLY HOPE!
Romans 5:8-11 - But God commended (demonstrated) His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of His Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by His life. And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by Whom we have now received the atonement.
1Thessalonians 1:9-10 - . . . ye turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God; and to wait for His Son from heaven, Whom He raised from the dead, even Jesus, Who delivered us from the wrath to come.
1 Thessalonians 5:9-10 - For God has not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ, Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with Him.
DO YOU BELIEVE THAT JESUS DIED FOR YOUR SINS?
DO YOU BELIEVE HE WAS BURIED?
DO YOU BELIEVE GOD RAISED HIS SON FROM THE DEAD?
THEN I HAVE GOOD NEWS FOR YOU!
1 John 5:11-13 - And this is the record, that God has given to us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. He that has (faith in) the Son has life; and he that has not (faith in) the Son of God has not life. These things have I written unto you that believe (present tense!) on the name of the Son of God; that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may (continue to) believe on the name of the Son of God.
