PRAISE GOD FOR HIS MERCY AND HIS GRACE!

GOD IS MERCIFUL!

"MERCY" Defined:  Mercy is God not giving sinners what we deserveBecause we are all sinners (Romans 3:23), and the payment for sin is death (Romans 6:23), God is merciful in that He sent His Only Begotten Son to pay the penalty for our sins; Jesus died for our sins according to the Scriptures (1 Corinthians 15:3)!

GOD IS FULL OF GRACE!

"GRACE" Defined:  Grace is God giving sinners what we do not deserveHe gave us His Only Begotten Son to die for our sins (John 1:17; 3:14-18), and to all who believe in Him and His finished work for our sins on the cross (John 17:4; 19:30), He graciously gives us the indwelling Holy Spirit (John 14:17; Acts 2:4).  He give us Christ's righteousness to replace our unrighteousness (2 Corinthians 5:21)"Grace" is:  God's Riches At Christ's Expense!

Acts 11:23 - When Barnabas came, and had seen the grace of God, was glad, and exhorted them all, that with purpose of heart they would cleave unto the Lord.

Acts 13:43Now when the congregation was broken up, many of the Jews and religious proselytes followed Paul and Barnabas:  who, speaking to them, persuaded them to continue in the grace of God.

Acts 15:40 - And Paul chose Silas, and departed, being recommended by the brethren unto the grace of God.

Acts 20:24 - But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the Gospel of the grace of God.

Romans 5:14-15Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of Him Who was to come.  But not as the offence, so also is the free gift.  For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, has abounded unto many.

1 Corinthians 1:4 - I thank my God always on your behalf, for the grace of God which is given you by Jesus Christ.

1 Corinthians 15:9-10 - For I am the least of the apostles, that am not meet to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God.  But by the grace of God I am what I am:  and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I labored more abundantly than they all:  yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.

Galatians 2:21 - I do not frustrate the grace of God:  for if righteousness comes by the Law, then Christ is dead in vain.

Colossians 1:5-6For the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, whereof ye heard before in the word of the truth of the Gospel; which is come unto you, as it is in all the world; and brings forth fruit, as it does also in you, since the day ye heard of it, and knew the grace of God in truth.

Titus 2:11-13For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Savior Jesus Christ.

Hebrews 2:9But we see Jesus, Who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honor; that He by the grace of God should taste death for every man.
