1 Corinthians 15:1-4 - "Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the Gospel which I preached unto you....by which also ye are saved....For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures; and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures...."
Galatians 1:3-5 - "Grace be to you and peace from God the Father, and from our Lord Jesus Christ, Who gave Himself for our sins, that He might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father: to Whom be glory forever and ever. Amen."
Hebrews 1:1-3 - "God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spoke in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, hath in these last days spoken unto us by His Son, Whom He hath appointed heir of all things, by Whom also He made the worlds; Who being the brightness of His glory, and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the Word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high."
1 Peter 2:21-24 - "For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow His steps: Who did no sin, neither was guile found in His mouth: Who, when He was reviled, reviled not again; when He suffered, He threatened not; but committed Himself to Him that judgeth righteously: Who His own self bare our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by Whose stripes ye were healed."
1 John 2:1-2 - "My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous: and He is the propitiation* for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world."
1 John 3:1-5 - "Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the (children) of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew Him not. Beloved, now are we the (children) of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when He shall appear, we shall be like Him; for we shall see Him as He is. And every (one) that hath this hope in Him purifieth him (or her) self, even as He is pure. Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the Law: for sin is the transgression of the Law. And ye know that He was manifested to take away our sins; and in Him is no sin."
1 John 4:9-10 - "In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent His Only Begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us, and sent His Son to be the propitiation* for our sins."
Revelation 1:4-6 - "John to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace be unto you, and peace, from Him Who is, and Who was, and Who is to come; and from the seven Spirits which are before His throne; and from Jesus Christ, Who is the Faithful Witness, and the First Begotten of the Dead, and the Prince of the kings of the earth. Unto Him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in His own blood, and hath made us kings and priests unto God and His Father; to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen."
* "Propitiation" - From the Greek ἱλασμός (hilasmos), which according to Easton's Bible Dictionary, is interpreted as "That by which God is rendered propitious, i.e., by which it becomes consistent with His character and government to pardon and bless the sinner." See Romans 5:11 and 2 Corinthians 5:21.
