The heavens declare the glory of God;
and the firmament (the Universe; see Gen. 1:17)
shows His handy work.
THE NATURE OF MAN: Romans 1:18-22, 28 (KJV)!
For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God has shown it unto them. For the invisible things of Him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: because that, when they knew God, they glorified Him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools - - - And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate (corrupt; wicked) mind, to do those things which are not convenient (unacceptable to God).
GOD'S SOLUTION: Romans 10:9-13 (PMV)!
That if you will confess with your mouth, (faith in) the Lord Jesus, and you believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart man believes and is declared righteous; and with the mouth confession is made and is saved. For the Scripture says, Whosoever believes in Him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Gentile: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all who call upon Him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
