GOD ANSWERS PRAYERS THAT ARE IN HARMONY WITH HIS WILL!
1 John 5:14-15 - And this is the confidence that we have in Him, that, if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us: and if we know that He hears us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of Him (we know that He will do what we ask of Him).
THE PROBLEM IS, WE ARE NOT ALWAYS SURE OF WHAT HIS WILL IS!
Isaiah 55:8-9 - For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways, says the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts.
Romans 8:26 - Likewise the Spirit also helps our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
THE BOTTOM LINE: WE KNOW HE LOVES US, AND WE TRUST HIM!
John 3:16 - For God so loved the world, that He gave His Only Begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Romans 5:8-10 - But God commended (demonstrated) His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by (declared to be righteous by God's grace) His blood, we shall be saved from (God's) wrath through Him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death (the Crucifixion) of His Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by His life (by His Resurrection).
Romans 8:27-28 - And He that searches the hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because He make intercession for the saints according to the will of God. And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.
2 Corinthians 5:21 - For He (the Father) has made Him (Jesus, His Son) to be sin for us, Who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him.
NO MATTER WHAT THE CIRCUMSTANCES,
TRUST THE LORD WHO LOVES YOU!
