PUTTING 9/11 IN PERSPECTIVE!

On September 11, 2001, four passenger planes were hi-jacked by Muslim terrorists who deliberately crashed the aircraft, killing approximately 3000 individuals that day.  The number of deaths resulting from injuries, lung-damage, suicides, etc., connected with the day of horror, could be even higher!  The war that followed also has added to the death toll; by September of 2006, the U.S. military had lost 3000 men and women in Iraq and Afghanistan.  That means there well may be approximately 10,000 related deaths within five years of the tragedy.  For each of those, true Americans mourn!

By comparison, there are 1, 058,000 abortions in the U.S. each year; the estimated total abortions since Roe v. Wade in 1973, is 58,190,000!  These numbers represent only reported medical procedures; they do not include the millions of children who are aborted by the "morning after" drugs that are taken "just in case," by 11,000,000 women a year!

Regardless of what "scientists" say, the moment conception takes place, the child is a human being having 46 chromosomes, just as do adults!  The fertilized egg is a living organism; it is not simply a mass of undifferentiated fetal matter!  The Bible describes a pregnancy as a mother being "with child" in 31 verses in the Old and New Testaments; here are a few examples: 

Genesis 16:11 - And the angel of the LORD said unto her, Behold, thou art with child, and shalt bear a son, and shalt call his name Ishmael; because the LORD hath heard thy affliction.

2 Samuel 11:5 - And the woman (Bathsheba) conceived, and sent and told David, and said, I am with child.

Ecclesiastes 11:5 - As thou knowest not what is the way of the spirit, nor how the bones do grow in the womb of her that is with child: even so thou knowest not the works of God who maketh all.

Jeremiah 31:8 - Behold, I will bring them from the north country, and gather them from the coasts of the earth, and with them the blind and the lame, the woman with child and her that travaileth with child together: a great company shall return thither.

Matthew 1:18 - Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost.

Luke 2:4-5 - And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judaea, unto the city of David, which is called Bethlehem; (because he was of the house and lineage of David):  to be taxed with Mary his espoused wife, being great with child.

IT IS NOT GOD'S WILL THAT A SINGLE SOUL SHOULD PERISH; IT IS HIS WILL THAT WHAT HE HAS CREATED IN A MOTHER'S WOMB, BE VALUED AS HE VALUES IT - HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON TO DIE FOR THE SIN OF MANKIND, THAT WE MIGHT SPEND ETERNITY WITH HIM!
