THE LORD'S FIRST COMING LITERALLY FULFILLED PROPHECY!
Luke 24:25-27, 44 - Then He (Jesus) said unto them, O fools (foolish ones), and slow of heart to believe all that the Prophets have spoken: ought not Christ to have suffered these things, and to enter into His glory? And beginning at Moses and all the Prophets, He expounded unto them in all the Scriptures the things concerning Himself. - - - And He (Jesus) said unto them, These are the words which I spoke unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the Law of Moses, and in the Prophets, and in the Psalms, concerning Me.
Matthew 1:20-23 - . . . behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, son of David, fear not to take unto you Mary your wife: for that which (He Who) is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost. And she shall bring forth a son, and you shall call His name JESUS: for He shall save His people from (the penalty of) their sins. Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet (Isaiah), saying, Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call His name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.
Luke 4:17-21 - And there was delivered unto Him (Jesus) the book (scroll) of the prophet Esaias (Isaiah). And when He had opened the book, He found the place where it was written, The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach the Gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are bruised, to preach the acceptable year of the Lord. And He closed the book, and He gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on Him. And He unto them, This day is this Scripture fulfilled in your ears.
Acts 3:17-18 - And now, brethren, I wot (know) that through ignorance you did it, as did also your rulers. But those things, which God before had showed by the mouth of all His Prophets, that Christ should suffer, He has fulfilled.
CHRIST'S COMING FOR HIS CHURCH WILL BE FULFILLED LITERALLY !
John 14:1-6 - Let not your heart be troubled: you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. And where I go you know, and the way you know. Thomas said unto Him, Lord, we know not where You are going; and how can we know the way? Jesus said unto him, I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life: no man comes unto the Father (Who is in heaven), but by Me.
1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 - But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who are asleep (have died believing in Me), that you sorrow not, even as others who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so those also who sleep in Jesus will God bring with Him. For this we say unto you by the Word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent (neither precede or hinder) those who are asleep. For the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words.
CHRIST'S COMING TO RULE AND TO JUDGE THE WORLD
WILL ALSO BE LITERALLY FULFILLED!
Revelation 19:11-16 - And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and He Who sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He does judge and make war. His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns; and He had a name written, that no man knew, but He Himself. And He was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and His name is called The Word of God. And the armies which were in heaven followed Him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. And out of His mouth shall go a sharp sword, that with it He should smite the nations: and He shall rule them with a rod of iron: and He shall tread the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. And He had on His vesture and on His thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.
THE JEWS LOOKED FOR HIS FIRST COMING, AND MISSED IT!
UNBELIEVERS LAUGH AT BELIEVERS BEING CAUGHT UP
TO BE WITH JESUS IN THE RAPTURE, AND THEY WILL MISS IT!
ABSOLUTELY NO ONE WILL MISS CHRIST'S SECOND COMING:
FOR EVERY KNEE WILL BOW AND EVERY TONGUE CONFESS
THAT JESUS CHRIST IS KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS!
