THOSE WHO TRULY BELIEVE IN CHRIST SHOULD SAY SO!

BELIEVE FIRST, THEN LIVE LIKE IT!

Genesis 15:6 - And he (Abraham) believed in the LORD; and He (God) counted it to him for righteousness.*

       * Righteousness:  The holy attribute of God that is His gift (Ephesians 2:8) given to those who believe Him; Jesus suffered to pay for our sins, and applied His holy attribute of sinlessness to us (2 Corinthians 5:21)!

Mark 16:15-16 - And He (Jesus) said unto them, Go into all the world, and preach the Gospel* to every creature.  He that believes and is baptized** shall be saved; but he that believes not shall be damned.

       * The Gospel:  The message of good news that Jesus died for our sins according to the prophetic Scriptures, that He was buried, and that He rose again from the dead after three days, as the prophetic Scriptures had foretold He would (1 Corinthians 15:3-4).  The Gospel message, when believed, has the power of Almighty God to save lost souls (Romans 1:16)!

       ** And is baptized:  Baptism is a public declaration of faith in Jesus Christ; when it is feasibly possible, it always follows salvation which is solely by faith in the Gospel (Matthew 28:19-20; Acts 2:41; 8:34-38).  It is the primary way in which one publicly confesses faith in Jesus Christ (Romans 10:9-11)!

John 3:16-18 - For God so loved the world, that He gave His Only Begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.  For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through (faith in) Him might be saved.  He that believes in Him is not condemned:  but he that believes not is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the Only Begotten Son of God.

John 9:35-38 - Jesus heard that they had cast him out; and when He had found him, He said unto him, Do you believe in the Son of God?  He answered and said, Who is He, Lord, that I might believe in Him?  And Jesus said unto him, You have both seen Him, and it is He that talks with you.  And he said, Lord, I believe.  And he worshipped Him.

Hebrews 11:6 - But without faith it is impossible to please Him:  for he that comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

1 John 5:1-7 - Whosoever believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God - - - For whatsoever is born of God overcomes the world:  and this is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith.  Who is he that overcomes the world, but he that believes that Jesus is the Son of God?  This is He that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood.  And it is the Spirit Who bears witness, because the Spirit is truth.  For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word (Jesus - see John 1:1, 14), and the Holy Ghost (Spirit):  and these three are one.

DO YOU BELIEVE JESUS DIED FOR YOUR SINS?

DO YOU BELIEVE GOD RAISED HIM FROM THE DEAD?

DO YOU BELIEVE HE IS THE RISEN SAVIOR AND LORD?

THEN DO TWO THINGS:

DO YOUR VERY BEST TO LIVE TO PLEASE HIM,

AND SHARE YOUR FAITH IN HIM WITH OTHERS!
