JESUS DID NOT COME TO START A RELIGION,
BUT TO OFFER ADOPTION INTO HIS FAMILY!
John 1:11-12 - "(Jesus) came unto His own, and His own received Him not. But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the (children) of God, even to them that believe on His name."
Romans 8:14-16 - "For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the (children) of God. For you have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but you have received the Spirit of Adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God."
Philippians 2:13-15 - "For it is God Who works in you both to will and to do of His good pleasure. Do all things without murmurings and disputes: that you may be blameless and harmless, the (children) of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom you shine as lights in the world."
1 John 3:1-2 - "Behold, what manner of love the Father has bestowed upon us, that we should be called the (children) of God: therefore the world (does not know us), because it (did not know Him). Beloved, now are we the (children) of God, and it does not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when He shall appear, we shall be like Him; for we shall see Him as He is."
