THE BOOKS DECLARE EVERYONE GUILTY OF SIN

Daniel 7:9-10 - "I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of Days did sit, Whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of His head like the pure wool:  His throne was like the fiery flame, and His wheels as burning fire.  A fiery stream issued and came forth from before Him: thousand thousands ministered unto Him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before Him:  the judgment was set, and the books were opened."

Revelation 20:11-15 - "And I saw a great white throne, and Him that sat on it, from Whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.  And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened:  and another book was opened, which is The Book of Life:  and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.  And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them:  and they were judged every man according to their works.  And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire.  This is the second death.  And whosoever was not found written in The Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire."

THE BOOK OF LIFE LISTS ALL WHO ARE RIGHTEOUS BY FAITH IN CHRIST

Philippians 4:3 - "And I entreat thee also, true yoke fellow, help those women which labored with me in the Gospel, with Clement also, and with other my fellow laborers, whose names are in The Book of Life."

Revelation 3:5 - "He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of The Book of Life, but I will confess his name before My Father, and before His angels." 
       [Note:  1 John 5:4-5 - "For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.  Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?"]!

THE BOOK OF LIFE WAS ALREADY WRITTEN AT CREATION

Revelation 13:8 - "And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship (the Beast), whose names are not written in The Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world."

Revelation 17:8 - "The Beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition:  and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in The Book of Life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the Beast that was, and is not, and yet is."

GOD, IN HIS FOREKNOWLEDGE, KNEW WHO WOULD REMAIN IN 

THE BOOK OF LIFE, AND WHOSE NAME NEEDED TO BE BLOTTED OUT

Acts 2:22-27 - "Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by Him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know:  Him, being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain:  Whom God hath raised up, having loosed the pains of death:  because it was not possible that He should be (held by) it.  For David speaketh concerning Him, I foresaw the Lord always before my face, for He is on my right hand, that I should not be moved:  therefore did my heart rejoice, and my tongue was glad; moreover also my flesh shall rest in hope:  because Thou wilt not leave my soul in hell, neither wilt Thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption."

Romans 8:28-29 - "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose.  For whom He did foreknow, He also did predestine to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren."

Revelation 22:19 - "And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of The Book of Life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book."
