BELIEVERS SHOULD HATE AND LOVE THE SAME THINGS!

THESE THINGS GOD HATES!

Leviticus 20:13 - "If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination:  they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them."

Deuteronomy 7:25 - "The graven images of their gods shall ye burn with fire:  thou shalt not desire the silver or gold that is on them, nor take it unto thee, lest thou be snared therein:  for it is an abomination to the LORD thy God."

Deuteronomy 12:31 - "Thou shalt not do so unto the LORD thy God:  for every abomination to the LORD, which He hateth, have they done unto their gods; for even their sons and their daughters they have burnt in the fire to their gods."

Deuteronomy 16:22 - "Neither shalt thou set thee up any image; which the LORD thy God hateth."

Deuteronomy 18:10-12 - "There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch, or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer.  For all that do these things are an abomination unto the LORD:  and because of these abominations the LORD thy God doth drive them out from before thee."

Deuteronomy 25:13-16 - "Thou shalt not have in thy bag divers weights, a great and a small.  Thou shalt not have in thine house divers measures, a great and a small.  But thou shalt have a perfect and just weight, a perfect and just measure shalt thou have:  that thy days may be lengthened in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.  For all that do such things, and all that do unrighteously, are an abomination unto the LORD thy God."

Deuteronomy 27:15 - "Cursed be the man that maketh any graven or molten image, an abomination unto the LORD, the work of the hands of the craftsman, and putteth it in a secret place.  And all the people shall answer and say, Amen."

Psalm 5:4-5 - "For Thou art not a God that hath pleasure in wickedness:  neither shall evil dwell with Thee.  The foolish shall not stand in Thy sight:  Thou hatest all workers of iniquity."

Psalm 11:5 - "The LORD trieth the righteous:  but the wicked and him that loveth violence His soul hateth."

Psalm 45:7 - "Thou lovest righteousness, and hatest wickedness:  therefore God, Thy God, hath anointed Thee with the oil of gladness above Thy fellows."

Proverbs 6:16-19 - "These six things doth the LORD hate:  yea, seven are an abomination unto Him:  A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, an heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, a false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren."

Proverbs 15:8-9, 26 - "The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the LORD:  but the prayer of the upright is His delight.  The way of the wicked is an abomination unto the LORD:  but He loveth him that followeth after righteousness....The thoughts of the wicked are an abomination to the LORD:  but the words of the pure are pleasant words."

Isaiah 1:13-14 - "Bring no more vain oblations; incense is an abomination unto Me; the new moons and Sabbaths, the calling of assemblies, I cannot away with; it is iniquity, even the solemn meeting.  Your new moons and your appointed feasts My soul hateth:  they are a trouble unto Me; I am weary to bear them."

Malachi 2:11, 18 - "For the LORD, the God of Israel, saith that He hateth putting away:  for one covereth violence with his garment, saith the LORD of hosts:  therefore take heed to your spirit, that ye deal not treacherously....Judah hath dealt treacherously, and an abomination is committed in Israel and in Jerusalem; for Judah hath profaned the holiness of the LORD which he loved, and hath married the daughter of a strange god."

THESE THINGS GOD LOVES!

Psalm 37:28 - "For the LORD loveth (justice), and forsaketh not His saints; they are preserved forever:  but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off."

2 Corinthians 9:7 - "Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity:  for God loveth a cheerful giver."

Ephesians 2:4-5 - "But God, Who is rich in mercy, for His great love wherewith He loved us, even when we were dead in sins, (has made us alive) together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved)...."

2 Thessalonians 2:16-17 - "Now our Lord Jesus Christ Himself, and God, even our Father, Who hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace, comfort your hearts, and establish you in every good word and work."

Titus 3:4-7 - "But after that the kindness and love of God our Savior toward man appeared, not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; Whom He shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior; that being justified by His grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life."

1 John 3:1-2 - "Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God:  therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew Him not.  Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be:  but we know that, when He shall appear, we shall be like Him; for we shall see Him as He is."

Revelation 1:5-6 - "And from Jesus Christ, Who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the Prince of the kings of the earth.  Unto Him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in His own blood, and hath made us kings and priests unto God and His Father; to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever.  Amen."

THE SAME OUGHT TO BE SAID OF HIS CHILDREN!
