THE WORK OF THE TRINITY IN THE SALVATION OF MANKIND.
John 6:44 - "No man can come to Me, except the Father Who has sent Me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day."
John 12:32-33 - "And I (Jesus), if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto Me. This He said, signifying what death He would die."
Romans 6:4 - "...Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father...."
John 16:13-14 - "Howbeit when He, the Spirit of Truth, is come, He will guide you into all truth: for He shall not speak of Himself; but whatsoever He shall hear, that shall He speak: and He will show you things to come. He shall glorify Me: for He shall receive of mine, and shall show it unto you."
MANKIND'S PART IN SALVATION: BELIEVE IN JESUS CHRIST!
Acts 15:7-9 - "And when there had been much disputing, Peter rose up, and said unto them, Men and brethren, you know how that a good while ago God made choice among us, that the Gentiles by my mouth should hear the Word of the Gospel, and believe. And God, Who knows the hearts, bare them witness, giving them the Holy Ghost, even as He did unto us; and put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith."
Acts 16:29-34 - "Then he (the Philippian jailer) called for a light, and sprang in, and came trembling, and fell down before Paul and Silas, and brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. And they spoke unto him the Word of the Lord, and to all that were in his house. And he took them the same hour of the night, and washed their stripes; and was baptized, he and all his, straightway. And when he had brought them into his house, he set meat before them, and rejoiced, believing in God with all his house."
Romans 1:16-17 - "For I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one who believes; to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile. For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith."
Romans 10:8-13, 17 - "...The Word is so close to you, even in your mouth, and in your heart: that is, the Word of faith, which we preach; that if you will confess with your mouth (faith in) the Lord Jesus, and really believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart man believes and is made righteous; and with his mouth, confession is made unto salvation. For the Scripture says, Whosoever believes on Him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Gentile: for the same Lord rewards all who call upon Him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved....So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God."
Galatians 3:22-26 - "But the Scripture has concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe. But before faith came, we were kept under the Law, shut up unto (ignorant of) the faith which should afterwards be revealed. Wherefore the Law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster. For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus."
Ephesians 2:8-9 - "For by grace (unmerited favor) are you saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast.
THE GOSPEL, THAT WHICH HAS THE POWER TO SAVE, IS PROCLAIMED?
