JESUS: FROM THE LAMB OF GOD, TO THE KING OF KINGS!

JESUS CAME AS THE PASSOVER LAMB AND WAS REJECTED!

John 1:29, 35-36 - The next day John saw Jesus coming unto him, and said, Behold the Lamb of God, Who takes away the sin of the world. --- Again the next day after John stood, and two of his disciples; and looking upon Jesus as He walked, he said, Behold the Lamb of God!

1 Corinthians 5:7-8 - Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened.  For even Christ our Passover is sacrificed for us:  therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.

Matthew 27:22, 29 - Pilate said unto them, What shall I do then with Jesus Who is called Christ? They all say unto him, Let Him be crucified. --- And when they had platted a crown of thorns, they put it upon His head, and a reed in His right hand:  and they bowed the knee before Him, and mocked Him, saying, Hail, King of the Jews!

Mark 15:12-13, 17-18 - And Pilate answered and said again unto them, What will ye then that I shall do unto Him Whom ye call the King of the Jews?  And they cried out again, Crucify Him. --- And they clothed Him with purple, and platted a crown of thorns, and put it about His head, and began to salute Him, Hail, King of the Jews!

John 19:2-6 - And the soldiers platted a crown of thorns, and put it on His head, and they put on Him a purple robe, and said, Hail, King of the Jews!  And they smote Him with their hands.  Pilate therefore went forth again, and said unto them, Behold, I bring Him forth to you, that ye may know that I find no fault in Him.  Then came Jesus forth, wearing the crown of thorns, and the purple robe.  And Pilate said unto them, Behold the man!  When the chief priests therefore and officers saw Him, they cried out, saying, Crucify Him, crucify Him.  Pilate said unto them, Take ye Him, and crucify Him: for I find no fault in Him.

JESUS IS COMING AGAIN AS THE LION OF THE TRIBE OF JUDAH!

Revelation 5:5, 11-12 - And one of the elders said unto me, Weep not:  behold, the Lion of the Tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof. ---And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders:  and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands; saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb Who was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honor, and glory, and blessing.

Revelation 14:14 - And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man, having on His head a golden crown, and in His hand a sharp sickle.

Revelation 19:11-16 - And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and He that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He does judge and make war.  His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns; and He had a name written, that no man knew, but He Himself.  And He was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood:  and His name is called The Word of GodAnd the armies which were in heaven followed Him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.  And out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should smite the nations:  and He shall rule them with a rod of iron:  and He treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.  And He has on His vesture and on His thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.

THE TWO ADVENTS OF JESUS:
AS SUFFERING SERVANT, AND AS KING OF KINGS!
