THE LORD JESUS CHRIST

HOW IMPORTANT IS THE FACT THAT JESUS CHRIST IS LORD?

Acts 16:30-31 - And (the Philippian jailor) brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved?  And they said, Believe on The Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.

Romans 10:9-13 - ...if you shall confess with thy mouth The Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved.  For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.  For the Scripture says, Whosoever believes on Him shall not be ashamed.  For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek (non-Jew, or Gentile):  for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon Him.  For whosoever shall call upon the name of The Lord shall be saved.

Acts 11:17 - Forasmuch then as God gave them (Gentile believers) the like gift as He did unto us, who believed on The Lord Jesus Christ; what was I, that I could withstand God?

Acts 15:10-11 - Now therefore why tempt ye God, to put a yoke upon the neck of the (Gentile)disciples, who neither our fathers nor we were able to bear?  But we believe that through the grace of The Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved, even as they.

1 Corinthians 16:22 - If any man love not The Lord Jesus Christ, let him be Anathema Maranatha.
