CHRISTIANS ARE SAVED TO SERVE

TODAY'S KEY VERSE:  EPHESIANS 2:10
*  Ephesians 2:8-10 - "For by grace (unmerited favor) are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves:  it is the gift of God:  not of works, lest any man should boast.  For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them."

THEREFORE, SERVE THE LORD
*  Deuteronomy 10:12 - " And now, Israel, what doth the LORD thy God require of thee, but to fear the LORD thy God, to walk in all His ways, and to love Him, and to serve the LORD thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul...."
*  Joshua 24:15 - "And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell:  but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD."
*  1 Samuel 12:20 - "And Samuel said unto the people, Fear not:  ye have done all this wickedness: yet turn not aside from following the LORD, but serve the LORD with all your heart."
*  Psalm 2:11-12 - "Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling.  Kiss the Son, lest He be angry, and ye perish from the way, when His wrath is kindled but a little.  Blessed are all they that put their trust in Him."
*  Psalm 100:2 - "Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing."
*  Psalm 102:22 - "When the people are gathered together, and the kingdoms, to serve the LORD."
*  Jeremiah 30:9 - "But they shall serve the LORD their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up unto them."
*  Matthew 6:24 - "No man can serve two masters:  for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other.  Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
*  Colossians 3:23-25 - "And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men; knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance:  for ye serve the Lord Christ.  But he that doeth wrong shall receive for the wrong which he hath done:  and there is no respect of persons."
*  1 Peter 2:15-17 - "For so is the will of God, that with well doing ye may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men:  as free, and not using your liberty for a cloak of maliciousness, but as the servants of God.  Honour all men.  Love the brotherhood.  Fear God.  Honour the king."
*  Hebrews 12:28-29 - "Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:  for our God is a consuming fire."
